What do you do when there's no coffee shop in your local area? Build one! ⠀ ⠀

Our local council released a tender for a coffee cart ☕️ We'd bought a horsebox with some friends with plans to turn it into a traveling gin bar for festivals and weddings. Chris had 24 hours to write a business plan and 14 days to turn an empty horse box into what you see in these pictures. ⠀ ⠀

I only turned up to paint the sign and get in the pictures 😉 My parents came to visit us from Scotland this week so they could look after 👶 whilst we both worked. Neither of us has ever done anything like this before. Chris has figured out (whilst being a full-time stay at home dad) ...⠀ ⠀

I can see people drinking their lattes from our living room window. My phone just buzzed because a customer paid. We know most millionaires have seven income streams - we now have one more to add to our kit! ⠀ ⠀

This is an experiment that is safe for us to try. For everything we do we want to earn a lot, learn a lot or have a lot of fun (you want two out the three for it to make sense) We've learned a lot already, there is the potential to earn a lot and we'll have fun because we're doing it with our friends. ⠀ ⠀
