Why does the world need Stride?
What's your one piece of leadership advice to those at the start of their career?
WHAT WE’RE WORKING ON THIS MONTH
Our curriculum
We’re constantly asking leaders about the tools and techniques that they wish someone had taught them at the start of their career. Listening always comes up top so this is why our very first module is listening. Next up is feedback. On our roadmap are topics such as delegating, building trust, accountability, communicating vision and managing managers.
What’s the one thing you’d want to learn from Stride?
Building an advisory board of leadership and product experts
We are talking to a host of incredible people with decades of experience in leadership and building products.
Who’d be on your dream advisory board for Stride?
Peer learning & team features
We are spending time with our business customers; getting a sense of their problems and needs. Stride will give teams a way to train and reflect together and organisations will be able to customise the content to match their values and priorities.
How do you currently learn together with your team?
My focus over the month of March
Raising our next round of capital 💰
Getting to know our growing community 🌏
Working closely with people testing the product to understand what they love about Stride and what we need to do better 🙋🏻
I want to end by sharing a vision with you; imagine taking Stride to your next job interview. Imagine your future employer being able to read and see the data and insights from people who’ve worked by your side day in and day out. No more robotic LinkedIn reviews from a boss five levels above you in the chain.
Thanks for reading and being part of this.
Onwards!
