Founded by Sophie Slater, Sarah Beckett and Ruba Huleihel, Birdsong is a website that features hand-made clothing made by women all over the world. When you buy a piece, as much as 80% of the proceeds are returned to the women who made them. Slater launches only two collections every year to avoid partaking in the fast-fashion industry, doesn’t use photoshop and hires diverse models for her website.
